A Quinta da Brejoeira, situa-se em Monção e é uma propriedade com 30 hectares, dos quais 18 de vinha exclusivamente plantada com Alvarinho. O ex-libris da quinta e da região é o seu palácio, uma grandiosa construção em estilo neoclássico, do final do século Séc. XIX (1806). D. Hermínia Paes presidiu aos destinos desta magnífica propriedade e foi a grande obreira do seu sucesso.
