Vinificação do Vinho Quinta do Poço do Lobo Reserva Tinto: as melhores uvas criadas na nossa Quinta do Poço do Lobo foram vindimadas manualmente, e após uma rigorosa selecção e desengace, maceraram 10 dias em lagar com pisador pneumático. Após a fermentação maloláctica o vinho estagiou durante 12 meses em pipas de carvalho. Foi engarrafado após clarificação mínima.
