Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rosé 2022 è un vino Dão rosé di eccezionale qualità, massimo esponente di eleganza e ricchezza. Erede di antichi saperi, Quinta dos Carvalhais unisce esperienza e innovazione per creare vini molto eleganti, dai sapori intensamente delicati e dalla personalità unica della regione. Le uve Touriga Nacional e Alfrocheiro che fanno parte di questo blend sono state raccolte e vinificate separatamente. La vendemmia è stata effettuata in anticipo rispetto alla norma per un vino rosso, in modo che le uve mantenessero una buona acidità e freschezza. Sono state pressate molto delicatamente, senza diraspatura o pigiatura, in una pressa pneumatica, con il mosto fermentato a beccuccio aperto in una vasca di acciaio inox ad una temperatura di circa 14ºC-16ºC Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rosé è stato imbottigliato subito dopo un breve affinamento periodo circa 4 mesi in vasche di acciaio inox.
In bocca risalta la frizzante acidità tipica della regione del Dão, donandogli freschezza. Vino elegante, complesso e coinvolgente, con note fruttate che si ripresentano in bocca e perdurano in un finale lungo ed armonico.
