Vinificação do Vinho Boa Vista Reserva Tinto de 3 Litros: vindima manual. Escolha manual de cachos. Desengace e suave esmagamento dos bagos. Como reservatórios de fermentação, os tradicionais lagares de granito com pisa a pé, cubas de fermentação em inox e para os pequenos lotes, contentores em pvc alimentar ou fermentação em barricas novas de madeira francesa de 500 litros. Cada um destes tipos de fermentação conferem ao vinho um estilo particular.Como filosofia de vinificação temos apenas uma: extrair de forma suave todas ascaracterísticas das uvas.Estágio: 100% em barricas de carvalho francês de diferentes tanoarias e com diferentes tipos de tostas. Após um estágio que varia entre os 15 aos 20 meses, procederam à formação dos diferentes lotes.
