Proveniente da un unico vigneto che produce un vino che rivela ciò che di più puro e originale ha il vitigno Alvarinho. Il profilo di questo vino è un'elogio all'eleganza. Vinificazione del Vinho Verde Alvarinho Anselmo Mendes Parcela Unica 2018: Pressatura molto delicata di uve intere diraspate. Chiarificazione a freddo per un lungo periodo. Fermentazione in barrique nuove di rovere francese da 400 litri. Affinamento in queste barrique per 9 mesi con bâtonnage sulle fecce totali.
