Descrizione
Colore dorato intenso, tipico della fermentazione sulle bucce. Forte intensità di aromi in cui compaiono buccia d'arancia caramellata, fiori di agrumi e frutta secca. Al palato, tannino morbido affiancato da un'acidità pronunciata e giocosa. Bocca fortemente minerale, chiude con un finale lungo, complesso e persistente di note secche e agrumate.
