Vinificazione del Vino 2 (Due) Quintas Reserva Tinto 2019: Le uve, provenienti da appezzamenti selezionati delle nostre Quintas de Ervamoira e Bons Ares, sono state raccolte e selezionate manualmente, in cassette di piccolo volume. Le uve di Quinta de Ervamoira sono state vinificate in presse di granito e quelle di Quinta dos Bons Ares in tini rotondi di cemento e legno. Dopo la deincubazione e la pressatura in pressa verticale, il vino ha svolto la fermentazione malolattica in botti da 6.000 a 10.000 litri. Per 18 mesi è invecchiato in botti e botti di rovere francese nuove e di un anno. Il vino è stato imbottigliato a maggio 2019.
Aspetto limpido e luminoso, denso e concentrato

Naso ricco, maturo, sottile e affumicato. Spiccano, tra gli altri, aromi che ricordano la prugna nera, i fichi, la pesca, la mora e il nero di china, in un'armonia complessa che esprime la forza dell'anno 2017 con grande eleganza.
