La Cerveja Deus, spesso chiamata "Cerveja dos Anjos", è una birra speciale e unica che ha conquistato estimatori in tutto il mondo. Prodotto dal birrificio belga Bosteels, Deus è noto per la sua qualità eccezionale e metodi di produzione distintivi. Ciò che rende Cerveja Deus davvero eccezionale è il suo metodo di produzione, che unisce tradizione e innovazione. A differenza della maggior parte delle birre, la Deus viene inizialmente fermentata come una birra ale, ma poi passa attraverso un processo di maturazione in bottiglia, simile a quello utilizzato per gli spumanti. Questa seconda fermentazione avviene in bottiglie posizionate verticalmente, permettendo ai lieviti di accumularsi nel collo. Dopo questo processo, le bottiglie vengono inclinate e ruotate quotidianamente, permettendo ai lieviti di migrare verso il fondo della bottiglia.
