VINIFICAZIONE: La fermentazione avviene in tini di acciaio inox, dove le uve macerano e vengono rimescolate con le bucce, a temperature comprese tra 16-18ºC, per produrre un vino bianco con colore e struttura in grado di sopportare un prolungato invecchiamento in rovere. La fermentazione viene interrotta dall'aggiunta di acquavite di vino, creando vino fortificato. Un vino di alta qualità, ottenuto da un'unica vendemmia. Un vino Colheita matura in botti di rovere per periodi di tempo che possono variare, ma mai inferiori a 7 anni. Viene poi imbottigliato e venduto secondo le richieste del mercato.

Un vino affascinante in bocca, che mescola aromi raffinati di frutta e invecchiamento in botte, rendendolo un vino seducente e intenso. Un finale elegante e seducente, con un'acidità rinfrescante che persiste.
Questo vino rivela delicati aromi di miele, con note di scorza d'arancia candita, vaniglia e albicocca secca.
