Vinificazione del Vino Quinta Vale Dona Maria Vinha da Francisca Tinto: Tutte le uve sono raccolte a mano, accuratamente selezionate sul tappeto di scelta e diraspate prima di entrare nei lagares di granito. Tutte le uve vengono pigiate nei lagares e fermentano poi per 7 a 10 giorni a temperature di 22º a 27ºC nei lagares o in vasche di acciaio inossidabile con rimontaggi manuali. I vini vengono travasati in barriques nuove di rovere francese da 225L dove avviene la fermentazione malolattica.
