O Marquis é um lote de vinho seleccionado para homenagear o Marques de Soveral, nascido em São João da Pesqueira, em 1851, na própria Quinta de Cidrô, então propriedade da aristocrática Família Soveral. Este branco fresco e muito intenso, que tão eloquentemente exprime a excelência dos vinhos de Cidrô, resulta de uma cuidada selecção de Sauvignon Blanc, uma das castas brancas predominantes na propriedade, que estagia em barricas de carvalho francês conferindo-lhe assim a dimensão e untuosidade de um grande vinho branco duriense. Fermentação e estágio:Fermentação ocorre em cubas de inox com controle de temperatura, seguido de um estagio em barricas de carvalho Francês por um período de 14 meses, em que 50% do vinho estagia em barrica nova de 550 l.
