Vinificazione dell'Aguardente Adega Velha 12 Anni XO: le uve, selezionate per la loro elevata acidità e basso contenuto di zuccheri, sono all'origine di un vino leggero ed equilibrato. Successivamente il vino viene sottoposto a due lente e attente distillazioni in un alambicco Charentais, portato dalla regione del Cognac, in Francia.Dopo il processo di distillazione, l'Aguardente viene sottoposto ad invecchiamento in botti di rovere francese, della regione del Limosino, avendo il lotto finale un’età media di invecchiamento di 12 anni.
