Sharish Original utilizza come base un'attenta distillazione della mela Esmolfe Bravo appena raccolta. Ogni pianta viene distillata individualmente, con aggiustamenti precisi del contenuto alcolico, seguiti da un attento abbinamento di tutti i distillati. In una fase successiva, viene effettuata un'infusione post-distillazione, incorporando note di cannella e vaniglia per arricchire ulteriormente il profilo sensoriale di questa eccezionale creazione.
