Vinha Grande Rosé è caratterizzato dall'alleanza tra una buona intensità aromatica e una notevole acidità che gli conferisce un'eleganza straordinaria. Rivela al meglio tutto il potenziale della regione del Douro nella produzione di vini Rosé di alta qualità. Le uve sono selezionate in vigna e trasportate, in cassette, direttamente alla pressa dove viene effettuata un'estrazione molto delicata, selezionando solo il mosto di migliore qualità. Dopo una decantazione a bassa temperatura e ottenuta la limpidezza necessaria, segue una lunga fermentazione alcolica indotta da lieviti selezionati con temperatura controllata tra i 12ºC e i 14ºC. Dopo un breve affinamento il vino è stato stabilizzato e imbottigliato precocemente preservando così tutti gli aromi varietali e fermentativi.
