Vinificazione del Vino Esporao Reserva Tinto 2020: Vendemmia separata di ogni varietà, diraspatura, pigiatura, fermentazione alcolica in vasche di acciaio inox, vasche di cemento e piccoli tini di marmo, con temperature controllate, pressatura, seguita dalla fermentazione malolattica in vasca di acciaio inox. Affinamento: 12 mesi in botti di rovere americano (60%) e francese (40%). Dopo l'imbottigliamento sono seguiti altri 8 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia.
