Vinificazione del vino Branco Ervideira Invisível 2022: Da una selezione dei migliori lotti di Aragonez e dal risultato di una vendemmia notturna (raccolta lunare), è nato questo vino - Invisível. Il mosto viene trasportato in un camion refrigerato in cantina. Lì viene trasportato per gravità nella camera fredda, dove rimane a riposare per 24 ore a bassa temperatura. Dopo questo processo, il mosto viene inoculato con lieviti selezionati e la fermentazione avviene ad una temperatura controllata di 12º C per 15 giorni.
In bocca appare fresco, con buona acidità, e una struttura finale molto elegante.
