Vinificazione del vino Valle Pradinhos Tinto Reserva 2021: Diraspatura totale, fermentazione con controllo moderato della temperatura e rimontaggi giornalieri. Lunga macerazione post-fermentativa. Invecchiato in botti di rovere per 12 mesi.
Rosso ciliegia molto intenso con leggeri riflessi violacei
Attacco molto morbido. Vino corposo con tannini fini e setosi ben avvolti nel frutto che gli conferiscono una buona struttura. Finale persistente. Vino “di territorio”.
Intenso ed elegante con ottima complessità. Spiccano i frutti rossi e neri del bosco, molto maturi, ben abbinati a leggere note floreali che aggiungono eleganza. Spezie come vaniglia e pepe ne affinano l'aroma.
