Vinificazione del Vinho Vale Dona Maria Vinhas do Sabor Tinto 2020: Tutte le uve vengono raccolte a mano, accuratamente selezionate sul tappeto di cernita e diraspate prima di entrare nelle presse di granito. Tutte le uve vengono pigiate a Lagares e poi fermentate per 7-10 giorni a temperature comprese tra 22º e 27ºC in tini di acciaio inox con rimontaggi manuali. I vini vengono rimossi in modo pulito in botti di rovere francese da 225 litri di secondo e terzo utilizzo dove avviene la fermentazione malolattica.
Ottima concentrazione e freschezza, che rendono il vino vivace
Il frutto è molto presente e la sua esuberanza. Note di frutti di bosco, more e un tocco floreale
