Vinificazione del Vinho Vale Dona Maria Vinha de Martim Branco 2020: Uve diraspate, leggermente pigiate in pressa pneumatica, con il mosto risultante decantato in tini di acciaio inox da 2.500 litri per 24 ore a 10º C e poi passato in botti nuove di rovere francese da 225 litri , dove ha fermentato per 25 giorni a temperatura controllata tra 10ºC e 14ºC. Invecchiato nelle stesse botti per 9 mesi, con battonage.
Complessità, mostrando aromi più legnosi, con una piacevole freschezza, leggermente avvolgente e gustoso
