Vendemmia straordinaria, che coincide con l'anno del riconoscimento dello Champagne come patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO! Il 2015 si inserisce perfettamente nella tendenza continentale del decennio: Inverno mite e umido, Estate calda e secca! E per una desiderata fine d'estate in cui la vigna è stata "salvata" dalla pioggia della seconda metà di agosto. Una fine fresca di maturazione ha dato origine a uve succose, mature e concentrate.

Bouquet intenso e concentrato di frutti gialli (pesca bianca e mirabella) associati a un delizioso aroma di riduzione grigliata, sotto forma di aromi di nocciole e mandorle tostate. Matrimonio perfetto, integrato e complesso, delle note di mandorla, di vendemmia e di polline zuccherato della Chardonnay, con i frutti rossi e succosi del Pinot Noir.
