Una cantina, un negozio di vini, un ristorante e un ampio spazio polifunzionale, distribuiti su tre piani, compongono la Quinta do Encontro, situata nel cuore della Bairrada, a São Lourenço do Bairro, dove la tradizione nella produzione di vini risale al 1930. Inaugurata nel 2007, la Quinta do Encontro, cantina con la firma dell'architetto Pedro Mateus, è inserita nel paesaggio viticolo, in piena armonia con la natura, ed è il frutto di una visione diversa e innovativa di fare e comunicare i vini della Regione della Bairrada. Inserita in un paesaggio sereno, dominato dai vigneti, e con sullo sfondo le Sierre del Caramulo e del Buçaco, la Quinta do Encontro invita chi la visita a stabilire un contatto diretto con la produzione vitivinicola, dalla vigna alla degustazione, e a degustare i nettari prodotti da questa cantina, vini bianchi, rossi e spumanti contemporanei e urbani.
