Brandy ottenuto dalla distillazione di ottimi vini Bairrada della vendemmia 1965, che iniziarono ad invecchiare nel novembre dello stesso anno, in botti di rovere riempite di vino di Porto. In questi vasi è maturato per oltre 47 anni, fino alla fine del 2012. Si è dispiegato lentamente durante il lungo periodo di invecchiamento, che ha contribuito notevolmente alla sua finezza e delicatezza.Imbottigliato nell'ottobre 2014, è il primo acquavite di vino invecchiato a portare il DO Bairrada.
Topazio intenso
Vellutato e molto aromatico. È un distillato estremamente persistente, per le sublimi note aromatiche che si possono apprezzare a livello retronasale.
Molto ricco, fine e complesso, con evidenti note di frutta secca e appassita, come nocciola, mandorla tostata e fico secco, confetteria, caramello mou, caramello al latte, cannella, tabacco, miele, cacao e pane tostato, oltre a note di legno. quercia dove ha maturato.
