Dalle montagne della Beira Interior nasce questo vino rosso fatto esclusivamente con il vitigno Baga, proveniente dalle nostre parcelle più antiche. Con un colore rubino vibrante, esprime il rigore della viticoltura di montagna, a circa 700 metri di altitudine, dove le giornate calde e le notti fredde favoriscono una maturazione lenta ed equilibrata. Gli aromi profondi di frutti scuri e le note sottili di terra e spezie si distinguono, mentre i tannini fermi, ben strutturati, lasciano spazio a una freschezza avvolgente e persistente. Il finale, lungo e minerale, riflette l'autenticità dei suoli granitici. Ideale per accompagnare piatti ricchi e tradizionali, è un omaggio all'eredità che plasma il nostro futuro.
