Scala Coeli, deve il suo nome al Monastero di Santa Maria Scala Coeli, comunemente noto come Certosa, luogo dove i monaci certosini vivevano nel silenzio e nella preghiera. È il risultato delle migliori vinificazioni di ogni anno da vitigni meno tradizionali dell'Alentejo. Ottenuto dalle migliori vinificazioni della vendemmia, utilizzando vitigni meno tradizionali della regione. Nel 2020 è il risultato della vinificazione della varietà Touriga Nacional, vendemmiata il 14 settembre. In questo giorno, le uve sono state raccolte con cura e portate in cantina, dove ha avuto luogo la macerazione prefermentativa a freddo, seguita dalla fermentazione alcolica ad una temperatura di 28ºC e da una macerazione prolungata. Incubare per un totale di 30 giorni. Invecchiato per 15 mesi in botti nuove di rovere francese.
