Il profilo di questo vino è un'apologia dell'eleganza.Vinificazione del Vinho Verde Alvarinho Anselmo Mendes Parcela Unica 2018: Pressatura molto delicata delle uve intere diraspate. Chiarifica a freddo per un lungo periodo. Fermentazione in botti nuove di rovere francese da 400 litri. Affinamento in queste botti per 9 mesi con batonnage su fecce totali.
Ottima struttura e acidità. Finale molto elegante e lungo con un finale delicato della varietà Alvarinho
Aromi molto fini, di bassa intensità, dove si nota il legno di alta qualità
