Oltre alla sua notorietà nella produzione di vini dell'Alentejo, Adega de Borba ha una grande tradizione nella produzione di brandy, utilizzando e selezionando le migliori masse di vino dei tradizionali vitigni rossi della regione di Borba. Le masse di vino selezionate per questo distillato sono il risultato della spremitura di uve fermentate che danno origine a vini prodotti in frantoi di acciaio inox. Le masse vengono distillate in recipienti di rame nella nostra distilleria, seguendo rigorosamente e con precisione temperature e tempi di distillazione, garantendo ottima qualità e genuinità nei diversi alcoli che compongono il distillato. Invecchiato per 10 anni in botti di rovere francese 'limosin', dimostra eccellenti caratteristiche di colore, struttura e raffinatezza aromatica.Colore dorato vivo.Aroma intenso, complesso, fine e vellutato di mandorla e frutta passita.
