Turris 2017 è un vino che mette in risalto il profilo fresco di Niepoort in un'annata calda e secca come la 2017. Colore rubino intenso, profumo abbastanza speziato, con qualche frutto nero unito al profilo minerale della grafite, caratteristico di un vigneto in terreno scistoso. In bocca sorprende per la sua eleganza e struttura allo stesso tempo, mostrando frutti di bosco neri e un po' di pepe verde, con una bocca molto fine ed elettrica, e un finale asciutto e persistente. Un vino complesso dal carattere unico nel Douro. Consigliata la decantazione.
