La rose de Louet è l'emblema dell'eleganza e della concentrazione, mentre celebra con grande gioia i generosi frutti di ciliegia rossa, fragola, anguria e pepe rosa di Bouzy. Racchiude il meraviglioso talento del Pinot Nero nel costruire ed elevare il finale, pur mantenendo un'aggraziata precisione delicata come il profumo dei petali di rosa. La struttura è fine ed elegante, guidata sia dalla mineralità del gesso del paese che dalla presenza di tannini molto finemente eseguiti. Finale con grande lunghezza ed equilibrio di squisiti frutti di ciliegia rossa. Una rosa immacolata dal prezzo seducente. Le antipatie degli anziani assumevano saporiti sentori di tamarillo pur mantenendo la sua integrità primaria."
