Vinificazione del Borges Reserva Dão Branco: le uve sono state schiacciate dopo la diraspatura. Successivamente sono state pressate, utilizzando unicamente il mosto di esaurimento. Decantazione a freddo per 48 ore, dopo le quali il mosto è stato separato dalle fecce. Ha fermentato tra 12 e 14 ºC per 4 settimane, con l'85% del lotto che ha completato la fermentazione in botti di rovere francese. Dopo la fine della fermentazione alcolica, è rimasto in "batonnage" sulle fecce fini per 8 mesi.

Al palato, si rivela un vino con buona grassezza e volume, e una struttura notevole. Si distingue per l'acidità vibrante caratteristica del Dão, che conferisce freschezza ed eleganza, offrendo un finale prolungato e un insieme con molta longevità di sapore.
Un aroma raffinato, elegante e accogliente, dove spiccano note di frutta matura e pera cotta, avvolte in un tocco di legno molto leggero, quasi impercettibile, creando un insieme armonioso e distinto.
