Distillato in piccoli lotti di soli 500 litri. Tutta la distillazione viene effettuata in apparecchiature di rame realizzate manualmente da artigiani, utilizzando tecniche ancestrali, distillate 4 volte e utilizzando alcol di cereali di prima qualità e solo con estratti vegetali portoghesi come ginepro, radice di angelica, limone e fiori d'arancio, che mettono in risalto l'ingrediente principale, i gamberetti di. Cortegaça, a Ovar, nel nord del Portogallo e lo rende un premium dry gin unico al mondo.
In bocca ha una certa salinità, un tocco di agrumi e amarezza e acidità equilibrate. Nel retrogusto una leggera dolcezza che contrasta con l'acidità e lo rende molto interessante.
Al naso, l'aroma leggermente resinoso, pino, agrumi leggeri, aria di mare e morbide note di miele.
