Vinificazione del Vinho Vallado Vinha da Coroa 2019: Le uve sono state raccolte manualmente e fermentate per 14 giorni in vasche di acciaio inox, al 50% con raspi e senza alcuna pigiatura. Fase: Dopo una fermentazione di 14 giorni con pochissima estrazione, le uve sono invecchiate per circa 18 mesi in botti di rovere francese di 2° e 3° anno.
Vino molto fresco, speziato, con un finale molto lungo dal sapore di frutti rossi, completato da un piacevole tocco vegetale
