Vino blanco elaborado con uvas Alvarinho exclusivamente de Monção y Melgaço. Procedente de una única parcela que produce un vino que revela los aspectos más puros y originales de la variedad de uva Alvarinho. El perfil de este vino es una apología de la elegancia. Vinificación de Vinho Verde Alvarinho Anselmo Mendes Parcela Unica 2018: Prensado muy suave de uvas enteras despalilladas. Clarificación en frío durante un largo periodo. Fermentación en barricas nuevas de roble francés de 400 litros. Crianza en estas barricas durante 9 meses con batonnage sobre lías totales.
Excelente estructura y acidez. Final muy elegante y largo con un final delicado de la variedad Alvarinho.
Aromas muy finos y de baja intensidad donde se nota la madera de gran calidad.
