El Kopke Colheita 1981 es un vino de Oporto raro y sofisticado, producido por la casa de vinos de Oporto más antigua, Kopke, fundada en 1638. Hecho con uvas de una sola cosecha, este vino de Oporto ha madurado durante décadas en barricas de roble, desarrollando aromas ricos de frutos secos, caramelo, miel y especias, con una acidez equilibrada que realza su complejidad. Con una textura sedosa y un final largo, es un vino ideal para ser saboreado lentamente, perfecto para armonizar con quesos envejecidos o postres a base de frutos secos.
