Descripción
Color amarillo pajizo con reflejos dorados con tonos muy brillantes. Nariz Intenso y complejo. Fruta blanca madura: melocotón, manzana golden, membrillo. Frutas cítricas como la piel de limón. Destellos de hierbas aromáticas y flores blancas, como pino y cerezo. Las notas de crianza son infinitas: corteza de pan tostado, hojaldre, brioche, frutos secos (como avellanas y almendras tostadas), crema inglesa, café, praliné, vainilla... En boca la entrada es potente y con enormes matices. Equilibrio entre madurez y frescura. Burbuja fina, fluida, cremosa que da sensación de plenitud, una caricia al paladar. Expresiva forma retronasal que confirma los recuerdos de la fruta y su larga crianza. Final sutil de recuerdos minerales.
