Charles Symington, al igual que su padre y predecesor, Peter, combina un profundo conocimiento de los viñedos del Duero con la maestría del catador, dos requisitos esenciales para la creación de los excepcionales Vinos de Oporto Graham's envejecidos en madera. La cosecha de 1994 originó vinos extraordinarios, algunos de los cuales Peter eligió para un prolongado envejecimiento en barrica. Charles se unió a su padre en la empresa familiar tras la vendimia, comenzando con él su aprendizaje en el exigente oficio de catador.
