Fundada en 2012, la destilería adopta un enfoque artesanal, utilizando caña de azúcar tailandesa de alta calidad cosechada localmente. Priorizando métodos tradicionales de producción, como la fermentación en tanques de acero inoxidable y la destilación en alambique de cobre, Chalong Bay crea rones distintos y de alta calidad. Comprometida con la sostenibilidad, la destilería busca prácticas ecológicas en su producción.
