Vino Tinto Castello D'Alba Superior 2021 es muy elegante y fino con un estilo moderno que conserva todo el alma de las variedades de uva autóctonas del Duero.
Taninos muy suaves y muy maduros, fresco y aromático, muy elegante, con un final inusualmente largo.
Aroma que combina armoniosamente la gran concentración de tintos del Duero Superior y toda su complejidad, frutas silvestres, notas de jara, especias, violetas muy expresivas y notas muy frescas de albahaca y bergamota. El proceso de crianza nos permitió obtener un vino de gran elegancia aromática, donde los aromas del Duero no quedan enmascarados por un exceso de notas de barrica.
