Vinificación del Vino Castello D´Alba Reserva Tinto: Vendimia manual, recepción con despalillado total y trituración inmediata, las uvas se fermentan por variedades y por lotes, de modo que desde temprano se pueda hacer una rigurosa selección que luego dará origen al “blend”, muy tradicional del viejo mundo, revela el arte de seleccionar uvas por parcelas y el arte de seleccionar vinos para luego mezclar. La fermentación se realiza en cubas de acero inoxidable de pequeña capacidad, con temperaturas alrededor de 28 ºC. Maceraciones suaves y controladas para obtener vinos elegantes y aromáticos. Crianza: Parte del lote se cría durante un período de 12 meses en madera de roble francés predominantemente, con un pequeño porcentaje de madera americana.

En boca es dulce y envolvente, con taninos nobles muy suaves, final largo y cálido.
Aroma intenso de gran complejidad, aromas de frutos del bosque y esteva de la Touriga Franca, especias y frutos rojos de la Tinta Roriz y notas florales de violeta muy frescas y elegantes de la Touriga Nacional.
