Papa Leite My Way fue el primer tinto de Filipe Barreiros Cardoso. Esta edición continúa retratando las largas y agradables veladas que a lo largo de los años han desarrollado el enorme gusto por el mundo vinícola. Vinificación y crianza del Herdade Papa Leite My Way Tinto: Vendimia manual, siendo la uva transportada en cajas de 10 kgs para evitar su aplastamiento. Fermentación alcohólica en cuba inoxidable durante tres semanas, con temperatura de fermentación controlada a 24ºC. Tras la fermentación alcohólica y maloláctica, el vino crió durante 24 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés, posterior crianza en botella.
