El Gin Sharish Original se destila en un alambique portugués de cobre tradicional, contiene, en su proceso de elaboración, 9 botánicos cuidadosamente seleccionados: enebro, canela, semilla de cilantro, clavo, vainilla, cáscara de naranja, cáscara de limón, manzana Bravo de Esmolfe DOP y Lúcia-Lima – siendo que los últimos cuatro se utilizan frescos. Debido a las diferentes características y puntos de evaporación de los botánicos, estos se destilan lentamente por separado, permitiendo una mayor calidad en el resultado final. El Sharish Gin es una bebida suave y de aroma único, donde predominan los sabores cítricos – provenientes de la cáscara de naranja –, el suave dulzor de la manzana bravo de Esmolfe y de la vainilla, así como el identificable enebro. Los toques más sutiles de este gin provienen del clavo y la semilla de cilantro, siendo que, al final de la degustación, el ligero picor de la Lúcia-Lima se hace sentir.
