Vinificación del Vino Quinta Vale Dona Maria Vinha da Francisca Tinto: Todas las uvas se recogen a mano, cuidadosamente seleccionadas en la mesa de selección y despalilladas antes de entrar en los lagares de granito. Todas las uvas se pisan en lagares y fermentan después durante 7 a 10 días a temperaturas de 22º a 27ºC en los lagares o en cubas de acero inoxidable con remontajes manuales. Los vinos se trasiegan a barricas nuevas de roble francés de 225L donde se lleva a cabo la fermentación maloláctica.
