Inicialmente dulce en boca, inmediatamente se vuelve fresco y con una acidez moderada, típica del Arábica caribeño, que limpia el paladar y favorece la degustación.
La nariz es inmediatamente golpeada por el aroma de café fuerte, que se abre con cacao puro, regaliz y tabaco de pipa, luego se suaviza con notas caramelizadas de caña de azúcar y vainilla.
