Vinho Verde Quintas de Melgaço Alvarinho 2022 es un vino verde elaborado exclusivamente con uvas de la variedad Alvarinho, de la Subregión de Monção y Melgaço, la más noble de la región de Vinhos Verdes, donde Alvarinho encuentra las condiciones únicas para su elaboración. Vinificación de Vinho Verde Quintas de Melgaço Alvarinho 2021: Prensado suave y decantación de 12 a 36 horas a temperatura controlada entre 12ºC - 16ºC. Fermentación hasta por 15 días con control de temperatura entre 16ºC - 18ºC. Crianza: en depósitos de acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada y movimiento regular de lías durante 2 meses.
