Vinificación de Xisto Ilimitado Blanco: Antes del prensado, las uvas fueron aplastadas y despalilladas, el prensado se realiza sin maceración previa, el vino fue decantado a baja temperatura durante 24 horas, la fermentación de las levaduras indígenas y el envejecimiento ocurrieron en barricas usadas de roble francés de 228 y 500 litros, el 30% del vino fermentado y envejecido en inox.

En el paladar, es impresionantemente brillante y mineral, con un gran equilibrio entre poder y elevación. Los sabores a limón, manzana verde y pera se mezclan con un toque de tonos florales y minerales de pizarra. Es un vino jugoso y mineral, al mismo tiempo.
En la nariz, abundan frutos de hueso y pomar, con un núcleo húmedo y pimienta blanca sobre los aromas dominantes.
