El vino Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional envejece durante 18 meses en barricas de roble francés. Utilice niveles de tostado ligeros y específicamente desarrollados para resaltar la frescura y los aromas característicos de Touriga Nacional. Es fundamental que durante la crianza la madera no supere las características naturales de la variedad. Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional es un vino muy atractivo desde el principio, con aromas primarios muy expresivos. A medida que evoluciona en botella gana mucha complejidad, pero siempre mantiene presente esta característica de la variedad de uva.
