Ginraw es un gin español, que incorpora especialmente la esencia gastronómica de Barcelona, que perdura suavemente en el paladar. Tiene un aroma excelente e intenso en la nariz. En el paladar, el sabor es grandioso y voluminoso, suave, agradable y muy elegante. Se produce con los mejores botánicos, obtenidos individualmente y cosechados frescos en temporada y en los principales lugares de cultivo. Emplea un proceso de destilación único que combina el método tradicional de destilación en cobre con un solo lote y las más recientes técnicas culinarias de destilación a baja temperatura utilizando un Rotaval, una máquina inventada por uno de los mejores restaurantes de gastronomía molecular en España.
