Vinho Verde Quintas de Melgaço Alvarinho y Chardonnay 2020 está elaborado exclusivamente con uvas de las variedades Alvarinho y Chardonnay, dos de las variedades blancas más nobles del mundo. Vinificación: Prensado suave y decantación durante 72 horas a temperatura controlada entre 8ºC - 16ºC. Fermentación en barricas usadas con control de temperatura entre 16ºC - 18ºC Crianza: en barricas de roble francés durante 18 meses con movimiento regular de las lías durante los meses de crianza.
Aspecto dorado y claro
Entrada fina y elegante, cuerpo redondo y aterciopelado que continúa en un retrogusto profundamente delicado.
