Vinificación del Vino Herdade das Servas Reserva Tinto 2017: Las uvas son seleccionadas en la mesa de selección, despalilladas, y se procede a la maceración pre-fermentativa. La fermentación ocurre en lagar y cuba de inox con control de temperatura. Estadio: Concluida la fermentación maloláctica, el vino ha permanecido 12 meses en barricas de 1° y 2° año de roble francés y americano. Tras el embotellado, reposó en botella durante 10 meses en nuestra bodega. Para preservar todas sus cualidades, este vino no fue estabilizado, pudiendo naturalmente crear sedimento.
