Vinificación del Vino Tinto de Licor Herdade das Servas: Las uvas se seleccionan en mesa de selección y se despalillan, seguido de la fermentación en prensa, con control de temperatura y pisado mecánico, mediante adición de brandy y prensado en prensa vertical. : El vino licoroso envejece durante 24 meses en barricas usadas de roble francés y americano, seguido de 12 meses en depósito de acero inoxidable. Tras el embotellado, el vino reposó durante 6 meses en nuestra bodega. Para conservar todas sus cualidades, este vino no ha sido estabilizado y puede depositarse de forma natural.

Con cuerpo, pleno y equilibrado. Nota vegetal y de fruta madura, final largo y persistente.
Ciruela, cereza, compota de frutas, rojo y chocolate.
