Descripción
El Brut Réserve tiene un tono dorado profundo. Las burbujas delicadas, vivaces y duraderas son el resultado de un largo y lento proceso de maduración en bodegas de tiza. Gracias a un 40% de vinos reserva, el coupage ofrece una nariz compleja, elegante y voluptuosa con un toque de brioche recién horneado, ricas notas tostadas y frutas bañadas por el sol (mango, albaricoque y ciruela mirabel) acentuadas por frutos secos, pistacho y almendra. La textura se asemeja a una capa crujiente de turrón sobre una masa aterciopelada, rellena de ciruelas rojas. y cerezas maduras. La selección de vinos reserva confiere al vino su exuberancia. El final revela notas de praliné y vainilla.
